Any one else’s back completely ache all night when they sleep?

Question

Maybe it’s my mattress but it just started happening at 15 weeks. The only thing that helps is sleeping on my side with knees to my chest. Ughhh pain all night long.
Unless this night was just a one off at 15 weeks? Did any of you experience this back pain early?  I pray to god it gets better before it gets worse in the third trimester.

I can only honestly say it’s only going to get worse. It was fairly easy for me in the beginning but since around 34 weeks I’ve had the hardest time sleeping. I can’t get comfortable and my hips and lower back hurt so bad. I get out of bed in the morning sore and aching all over.

My back pain really kicked in 2nd trimester. I’m 16 weeks and I hate sleeping on my side. My pregnancy pillow has been a life save though. Helps keep my head and feet/knees elevated. But I always wake up with an achy back. I believe it’s only going to get worse 😩

I dread going to bed because I know I’m going to be in so much pain and sleep awful. It’s my hips that killllllllll me at night! I have to get up every time I roll over to stretch my hips out. 4 weeks or less to go!! The end result is just so worth it though 🤗 hang in there!! I’ve taking Tylenol PM a couple times and it seems to work a bit! Also sleep with a pillow between my legs

Me! I find a pillow between my legs helps too. I get a lot of relief through laying on a heating pad before going to bed as well. But frankly I was having such wretched back and butt pain that i spoke to my doctor and they gave me flexoril to take when it gets really bad and wakes me up. So far I’ve only taken it twice but I’m trying to stay away from Tylenol as much as I can after reading studies linking it to ADHD.
