Hi! i am 37 weeks today and had my membranes swept earlier. i am almost 5cm and 50% effaced. cramping started immediately after the sweep but its getting completely unbearable and contractions are around 5-7 minutes apart. should i wait and see if they calm down or go ahead and go in bc maybe it started labor for me.??

hi ladies. i was up all night with contractions just not increased at all. then this morning i am losing nothing but mucus plug with blood. is this the start???? i havent spotted besides the mucus!

UPDATE 2. IT WAS DEFINITELY the start of something. i had contractions 5-6 minutes apart all day. tooks baths, nothing helped ease them. around 10pm i laid down to try and sleep and right when id almost fall asleep, contraction but they were starting to hurt so bad, i handled it until midnight when i started having alot of bloody show, got my husband and daughter up and contractions were every 2 minutes now. felt like he was engaging and coming out each time. got to the hospital, crawled to l&d, they checked me. i was a 7 almost an 8 and 90% effaced. got me in a room, got my iv and lab work and then epidural. about an hour after epidural i felt pressure and his head was coming out. 5 pushes and they realized he was stuck and something was blocking him, which ended up still being some of my water so they broke it and 2 pushes later at 4:54am he made his appearance at 6lbs 12.5oz and 19inches long!!! im so in love 💙
