What arrangements are y’all scheduling for your baby after you go back to work?

One year paid maternity leave because I live in 🇨🇦 Canada! (Sorry to rub it in)

I nanny so I’m just keeping him with me while I watch the same kids I have now since their mum is pregnant due 2 weeks before me

My spouse is leaving for work for months (😣) right after I give birth, so it’s going to be all on me. Work will have to wait.

I have to go back ASAP after I give birth, so avoiding complications I'm hoping by week 3 😐 but my husband works half the month, I'm only working the weeks he is home for a while that way I don't have to pay for a sitter.

I’m having a year off but when I go back I’ll be doing 4 days (1 day childminder, 1 day nursery and a day each with both grandmothers) hopefully I can juggle it! I have 2 kids already but they’ll be both at school
