HSG exam shows polpse inside uterus

I have two children and had no problem conceiving them. For the third child we have been trying for over a year now, my ultrasound showed polpse in the uterus. I am 39.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on I should go about getting them removed of should continue to keep trying and not worry about getting them removed.

I guess I would like to see how many ladies successful conceived after having them removed or not removed.
