52 days late and BFN

I haven't had a period since November, which would be nice however it's accompanied by nothing but BFNs. I have taken tests weekly since and nothing!! I have never been late like this. I have a doctor's appointment Thursday but I still can't get my mind off of it. It's too the point I'd rather just have it already. Any one experience this and had a positive blood test?
