So lucky! I’m dreaming and hoping for twins but it’s probably a singleton for me. Go for my first scan tomorrow. This is my third pregnancy and I want 4 kids (DH says he is done at 3...) 😆 
Did you feel like you were always larger than you expected to be? Or have extreme symptoms? Or was it a total surprise?
