What is Going On??? 😩😩😩

All of my OPKS have been negative or just a flashing smiley face no peak and all my apps say I ovulate between CD 17-21. Took my bbt this morning and fertility friend now says I ovulated CD 13 which was Saturday. Freaking out because my insemination is supposed to be this week and now it’s to late if that app is true. I’m not the best with bbt and my heat is on 77, I go to bed kind of late but I still TRY to get up btw 5:20am and 5:30am to do my bbt. This morning I fell asleep with the thermometer in my mouth for like 2 minutes wide open but I don’t think that matters. I’m just lost now. How could all test be negative and now this? I’ve been charting and tracking since CD 8. To
