Tilted Uterus?

Question

Do any of you ladies have a tilted uterus? Did that affect your ability to conceive? Did you try certain positions?

I was told I have a tilted uterus. It took us two months off birth control to get our BFP. Everytime after sex I did elevate my legs and wait to go pee. I know everyone says this doesn't really do anything but I figured it couldn't hurt!

I do have a tilted uterus. It took me a year to conceive. I'm now 24 weeks pregnant with twins. I'm not sure if that's why it took me a long time.

I also have a retroverted uterus. ttc for 4mo before I got a bfp. I didn't really do much except for use preseed during my last cycle. also, I laid still after bd for abt 30min. that's it.

I have tilted uterus and it causes pain during certain times especially in different positions, will be trying to conceive a year after we get married in a month. My aunt had tilted and inverted like me and waited until after 30 to try, the doctor said that was a huge mistake :( she was never able to have children.
