Help a girl out! 😫

I went to my first ultrasound today at 6 weeks 2 days. My husband and I had a miscarriage in September so we have been very anxious. The ultrasound showed the sac but nothing else. I also measured 5 weeks 4 days according to the size of the sac. I go back next week for another ultrasound. Is this normal to not see anything? I’m freaking out because my doctor didn’t say much. I just pray everything is okay and we see more next week.
