I like pink stork total plus DHA. They are a little pricey but I haven’t had any unsavory side affects like constipation or anything from them. Plus the company is woman owned 👍🏻. I’ve also used their fertility tea in the past and loved it. Their customer service is amazing too.

I find one a day gel prenatal to be the best. I’ve compared their label to other prenatal vitamins at Walmart and I was really surprised that so many prenatal don’t contain folic acid or they don’t have enough along with a lot of other vitamins I felt like they were low in.
