How can I add to my tattoo?

So I don’t get me wrong love my tattoo. Ive had it for about 2 months, but I feel like something is missing. Its pretty simple, which is what I was initially going for, but now I want more detail and have been thinking of making it more of an upper sleeve rather than just an awkward tattoo on my arm. What do you guys think? What should I do?

I think an upper arm sleeve would look great! Also maybe some background shading and adding some flowers would look pretty awesome too! There’s a lot of options you can do since it is such a simple and small piece, it’s so delicate you can add a lot around it :)

I think it would look neat with a tree hanging over it with petals flowing off of it.. I’ve always liked the Sakura tree (cherry blossoms) since it represents new beginnings. Anything nature-like I think would look nice with it
