Tummy time??

Please don't judge I'm a first time mom an my son is a week old an I was just wondering at what age do I need to start putting him on his stomach for tummy time an how long should I do it for??? An please no rude comments because I don't know where to post this

My doctor told me with my daughter at her one week check up I could start and said to try for ten minutes. She warned me that she wouldn't like which she didn't so we didn't to it that often but she learned to push up from me burping her she would push up on my chest.

Tummy time??
