Flight for delivery

So my mom and dad will be booking airline tickets to come see me once baby is born. In a perfect world they would get here right before I go into labor but obviously it’s so unpredictable! I’m due April 5. Any input on when to schedule a flight or which airline might be flexible if they need to quickly change plans?
