Heart melting

So today I am 12w5d measuring 13w0d, and I had an ultrasound. I was hoping I’d get the profile shot, but baby had another plan. Baby’s back was facing us, head down, hahah! However, in one of the videos we received I noticed what I thought a face could be! I took a screenshot and rotated the picture and sure enough I got to see a little glimpse of my baby’s face! 😍 I also got a neat 3D picture, but baby wouldn’t let us see much. I’m just happy anytime I get to see our little bean.

Also, just curious and I’m trying not to be a worry wart but this is my first successful pregnancy to this point, is the black dot where the heart is or something I should be worried about? Thanks for any help at all!
