Progesterone cream 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’ve been doing some light reading on it. I have endo and heard it could aid in the TTC process. We’ve been trying since January 2018 with no luck. I’ve tried every trick in the book from geritol to pre-seed, conceive plus, opks, fertility teas, prenatal pills. Ive has two lap surgeries so far. After my last one in November 2017 I was put on birth control briefly to help quiet my ovaries. When I chose to get off, my doc suggested trying right away so we did. My pains coming back and I give up.I just want to give my son a sibling so bad. People are starting to ask. Every month I swear it’s it- some months symptoms up the wazoo, other months no symptoms and af always shows( either early or late). I’ve spent so much money on products and tests it’s sickening. I learned my sister was SURPRISE pregnant, and using my grandmothers name (which I had always secretly wanted to use). I’ve been heartbroken. I’ve spent so much time on google and this app it makes me angry. My sons been asking for a brother and it makes me so sad. Has anyone tried progesterone cream? Should I speak with my doctor first? Not sure what to do. I tried to accept it’s not my time yet but that only takes me so far.😢
