Am I ovulating?

I use OPKs and I check my bbt every day. I always have 1-4 days of positive OPKs per cycle, and my temperature consistently rises 1-2 days after my last positive LH surge.

My question is, is it possible that I’m not ovulating, even though I get positive OPKs and temperature increases? We’ve been ttc for 10 months so I just want to be sure I’m actually ovulating, and if there’s any way for me to know for sure. Is there a way for the doctor to see if I’m ovulating? Wondering if maybe I should see a fertility doctor or keep doing what I’m doing.
