What’s more accurate? Using your last menstrual period to determine your due date? Or using your ovulation day as a way to determine your due date?

If you haven’t had any ultrasound then go by your last period til you have a scan that can better calculate how far you are.

I have a pretty regular cycle, my ultrasound put me exactly to the day where I thought I was based on LMP. I think it depends on your cycle if LMP will be correct but you’d always have to add like 2 weeks to ovulation.

Ovulation day makes more sense for me because my cycles are so long (35-40 days). If you have a normal cycle around 28 days that should be accurate.

I don’t agree with using your last period. My drs insisted on going by this but my periods are sooo irregular. So when I had my first ultrasound, the size of my baby was much smaller than where it should’ve been based off of my last period
