Weird ultrasound? Opinions?

I went in for my first ultrasound today. They had me measured at 6 weeks 1 day which was only 1 day off from my guess so I’m not worried there. The tech found a yolk sac but no fetal pole yet so I have to go back in 2 weeks. I’m super nervous as I’ve already had 2 miscarriages. Has this happened to anyone? Good and bad outcomes?

when i went for my 6 weeks visit i had no fetal pole . i went back the next week and there my baby was . my doctor said at 6 weeks is usually when it starts .

6 weeks exactly pole was... maybe there but not obvious.

I just had this ultrasound done yesterday, 5w6d and we saw the heartbeat. I think it just depends on each individual pregnancy. It was also transvag so that helps to see more.
