Binge eating
Right around the time when ovulation is completely over until my period I get such a desire to binge eat. I usually can’t ever tell when I’m actually full or even when I’m actually hungry. But any other time of the month I’ll have zero appetite and just eat when I know I should or my stomach hurts. Then I usually have to only eat a little to get full. So it’s quite a dramatic change. Is there tricks for the binge eating? I do try to limit myself but it sucks constantly feeling hungry.
