Period?normal?
so before I had start doing soccer (exercising) I would start my period around the 20’s or almost close to the end of the month and when I started soccer my cycle changed to the beginning of the month and now soccer season just ended like 3 weeks ago and I was suppose to start my period around the 8th but I haven’t started can it change my cycle if I have stopped doing soccer?
