The only way to know is to take a test. I have PCOS and I was always told that if I had any kind of liquid coming from my breast to let them know ASAP. They never say why, but just Incase I would see your gyno an see what they say it could be.

I had this last month and unfortunately I was not pregnant. I have a child and had a miscarriage last year. I was hoping it was good sign but after some internet searching it seems it’s not just a pregnancy symptom. Just wait until AF doesn’t show and test.
