Anxiety about labour
Hi guys, I’m 39 weeks plus 2 days and I am really fearful about labour. I keep having anxiety attacks. I’m not sure what to expect. I’m scared about literally everything from my waters breaking to the hospital staff. Any advice please? Not sure what to do. I was induced first time round and ended up having an emergency c section.
