33 weeks hospitalised because of bleeding

Hey ladies,

Last night I went to hospital because I was getting some brown discharge and then some bright red bleeding!

I wasn’t in any pain no cramps nothing! They did some scans and decided to keep me over night for observation and gave me a shot to help prepare baby’s lungs incase I go into pre term labor!

This morning the bleeding has stopped but still getting the dark red/brown discharge! Also had a few cramps trying to time them but no sure what I’m doing lol

Anyways just wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this! Understand everyone’s body’s and pregnancies are different so I don’t expect a diagnosis just some price of mind anything.
