Starting baby on solids - help
Where to even start? My girl is almost 5 months, although I don’t plan on starting solids until 6 months, I like to be prepared.
Sooo, this is part of the booklet we got from her 4 month check up & I am curious to know is this the order I’m “supposed” to follow? Grains first, then veggies... etc. Or do you choose anything?

I was thinking of trying smushed chick peas to start. Or some sort of veggie. But do you HAVE to do the infant cereal? So new to this it’s overwhelming. And do you stick with one type of food a day? A week? Before trying a different food. ANY info on how you started exactly would be super helpful! TIA!
