My Boobs are Killing Me!

Hi there, I’m looking for opinions!

My period ended 1/28 and I had sex twice on 2/2 (day three of my fertile window). He pulled out and I didn’t think anything of it until last Thursday, when my boobs started to hurt SO BAD. They still hurt so it wasn’t a one day deal. That feeling you get when your milk comes in, all full and achy. Also I have been tired as hell and my brain has left me. I don’t get my period for another six days. Tested yesterday and got a negative.
