Blinding Pelvic Pain - Anyone Else?

So I’m 23+5 and baby Ruby has ALWAYS sat very low in the pelvis. Even when I go for my monthly checkups, the doc has to check in the pelvic area for the heartbeat still. I do have a regular bump, but everything above the bellybutton is placenta and everything below is baby. Even when we went for our gender scan, she was sitting in my pelvis! It didn’t used to be such a big deal but now that she’s getting bigger, it’s causing me a LOT of pain just to walk or even to sit down whether reclined or not.

I go for my glucose screening tomorrow and I’ll be asking my dr about it, but I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing the same thing and if your doc is concerned? This is my 6th pregnancy, 4th viable - all c-sections and I’ve never experienced this before.
