READDYYY to be serious and start my weight loss Journey

do you guys have any tips and ways to help me ? trying to get a flat stomach again😂🤦🏽‍♀️.. ive been trying to maintain my intake on certain foods and stuff.. trying to eat healthy as much as i can . I exercised. For about an hour yesterday stomach is really sore so im gonna wait to do another hour tmmr😂. 😫 im almost 200lbs im like 195 maybe .. im at least trying to loose 40lbs . im really just trying to loose this gut & my face fat and arm fat honestly and tone my butt up a little the rest can stay the same😂 ... 4 months from now is prom and i wanna be in shape 😫😫😫😫& i also wanna feel good about my body this summer and start wearing belly shirts again. i really wanna be dedicated!! any tips ?!?
