What diaper size at 3 months? Is my son normal? Lol

My son is 3 months. He wears 3month clothes but is still in a size 1 diaper and can wear some newborn pants! Is that normal? He was 8lbs at birth and now hes 14lbs! He is tall though.

That’s completely normal! My son’s sizes were and still are all over the place. We stopped looking at sizes so much and just go with whatever fits him nicely. He’s pretty tall and thin so different types of clothes and different brands etc.. fit him differently. No need to worry 😊

My 2 month old is just getting into 6 month clothes and once this pack is out we will be starting size 2 diapers. He is about 12 1/2 lbs. it’s all in how they are built.

We never went by the recommended weights in diapers, we always went by what fits and what doesn’t cause massive blowouts every 5 seconds 😂 I will say Walmart parents choice diapers mega value boxes have so far been the exact amount in each size we have needed going off of what fits 🤷🏼‍♀️

My daughter is 6months, she’s in size one diapers(changing soon hopefully) some of her newborn onesies fit but mainly she’s it 0-3 and 3-6 shirts and she’s in 3-6 pants

Different diaper brands, clothing brands, and even different materials will fit differently.
 
I have my 3 month old in size 2 Huggies (1 fits, but barely), size 9 months Carters footie sleepers, size 6 months Gerber onesies, size 6 carters pants, size 9 months Disney clothes (and those are small too), size 9-12 month sweater/jackets

My 8.5 month old is still in 0-3 and wears a size 1. She’s only 12.8 pounds. She was a premie but as long as they are growing and their dr isn’t concerned then you don’t need to worry about it .
