Are running diapers normal for babies when introducing a new solid? So after switching from one food to the next my daughter seems to have runny poop. Is this normal. Especially with veggies it seems

Yes because her body isn't used to the new foods yet.

Certain foods can cause runnier diapers. When my son had diarrhea around 7-8 months his pedi told me very specifically any fruits and veggies that begin with a P should be avoided until the diarrhea is over. I think the only exception was sweet potatoes. So if you’re trying anything that begins with a P I’d watch it. Also make sure you’re giving your baby the 3-4 day trial period to see if it’s a reaction to that specific food and talk with your doctor about it if there is.
