Pregnant??

So I had a period last month which was a little longer than usual 2 weeks after my period ended I had some spotting that looked like implantation bleeding I’ve been having pain in my hips near my vag and breast started to be tender today also I’ve been having like hot flashes from my head to my toes with no appetite I also had a lady do a reading on me using tarot cards and she said she sees a pregnancy in me do you think I could be pregnant my period is supposed to start in 9 days
