hey girls well today I had sex & after it was very painful mind you I haven’t had sex since jan 1st but before i even had sex today 4 days ago I started getting pressure down below need help 😩😩😩😩

Maybe ask your doctor? Unless you're bleeding, it's probably not dangerous for your baby, but maybe your doc would have ideas for how to make sex more comfortable at this stage.
