Period late after coming off the pill?

Hi guys so I came off the pill at the start of January after being on it for 9 years straight (long time I know) and been using this app to track my cycle etc and been using condoms for contraception.. my period was due over a week ago and I’ve had quite bad cramps, backache and sore breasts etc, just no period yet. I even took a pregnancy test the other day because I’m so paranoid about using condoms for contraception as I’ve NEVER had sex without being on the pill before, and not used to waiting this long for a period after all these years of birth control

I know it will take a few months to become regular again but if any of you have come off the pill before how long did it take for your first period to come? I literally have no idea when to expect it and I’m so paranoid! Considering getting a coil fitted because I just do not trust condoms for some reason. I feel so out of control 😬
