Positive and negative test? Same pee

Question

I am 10 DPo today. One test is positive and one is negative. Same pee! 
So confused. I had a D&C before Christmas and my hcg blood test was 6 two weeks ago.
I got an ovulation surge for 3 days then it went back down. Today is 10dpo and I’ve been getting faints on the easy at home ones so I decided to take a different test and I got this.. so confused 😩😩😢 could it be left over hcg still???

I see the positive on both, the cheapie is probably just a little less sensitive

You have lines in both!! Both look positive to me!

I see it on the strip too! It’s SUPER faint but there. Different tests can give different results, it’s best to stick with the same test especially this early on in your cycle. But congrats!!!
