Is something wrong? 20 weeks 4 days

I been having a very upset stomach. Lately I've been having more and more bowel movements. Last night I went twice and almost sharted this morning sorry tmi I had to rush to restroom and it was diarrhea. On top of that I may have an appetite but all I want to do is drink something. Is something wrong? Should I contact my doctor? Any thoughts?

I suffered from something similar during my transition from 1st to 2nd trimester, my doctor said it could just be my body reacting to all the different hormones. You might feel thirsty because diarrhea causes dehydration. My doctor told me to just try and stay hydrated, and it will most likely resolve itself out. But it never hurts to run it by your doctor.
