Kinda nervous

I have been actively ttc for 15 months now. Been with my SO for 7 years only on bc for two of those years. Had an ectopic March 2018. I have my yearly ob appointment tomorrow and I want to talk to her about assistance. What should I ask her? I am a little overweight and I'm worried she is going to tell me my weight is the cause of my infertility. I may be overthinking things. My goal was to be pregnant or have a baby by 30 I am 29 birthday in November.
