An FSH above 10 indicates diminished ovarian reserve. Most tests (on CD3) also test Estradiol. High estradiol levels (which indicate either diminished ovarian reserve or a cyst) will artificially suppress FSH (so, you could have high estradiol and low FSH, but still have diminished ovarian reserve). Signs of high FSH are early ovulation and/or short cycles.

Mine was very high due to age probably (almost mid 30s). Ttc naturally didnt work, we did a medicated IUI. I ovulate regularly and have regular periods but they had me take clomid as a boost and trigger shot before the IUI. It worked so thats a big plus!
