Do I just have a really long cycle?

I stopped the pill on 1/8/19. The app says I’m going to ovulate soon, but I haven’t had anything too close to a positive opk. Before I took the pill (was on it for 15 years!) I had irregular periods and really awful cramping. I haven’t had that yet, thankfully. When I bled the first time off the pill, it was light and lasted 4 days.
