How accurate is glow?

How accurate is glow on your ovulation and fertile times? I haven’t gotten any OPKs yet so Im trying to figure out my window this cycle without them.

Mine was incredibly inaccurate and I went off of it for the 1st 6 months only to find that when I started using OPk's the app was actually off by a whole week for my ovulation so I wasted 6 months of TTC. Its adaptive so the more you input the morw accurate it will be.

Mine was spot on with my ovulation date, and periods as well.  I started opks, and bbt tracking this month and my calendar didnt change at all,  it matched up perfectly!

Depends on the person. Mine was only off 1-2 days (before glow prediction). My friend was 4-6 days off so she was missing her whole fertile window. You don’t have to do them every single month if you have regular cycles. Just do it for two months and see how off yours is.

It becomes more accurate the more you log and track!
When I first got it, it was way off on my ovulation dates and even period dates.
I’ve had it for a year now and I make sure to log everything everyday! It’s just recently becoming pretty accurate for me! My ovulation date is maybe off by a day or two, but my period date is spot on!
