6 weeks pregnant stomach pains

Hello,

I am almost 6 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing some stomach pains for about the last week. When I drive home from work I get these horrible pains that make me feel like I need to go to the toilet for a BM. As soon as I get home and stand up the pain almost goes away and I can’t go to the toilet. I think that I may have been a little constipated the last few days, however I have still been having a small BM in the morning (sorry if TMI). I should also add that when I do a BM I get this pain as well that goes away shortly after.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar? I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow so I will ask then as well.
