Scar tissue?

So I had my 11 week & 5 day appointment today. The doctor said they saw something on the ultrasound that looked like scar tissue from my c -section but said she wasn’t sure, that it could’ve been just the ultrasound machine. She wants to send me to a high risk who does ultrasounds to check.. she said if I do have scar tissue that there won’t be room for the baby to grow a lot... has anyone had this... what was the outcome because I’m freaking out. Will they just take the baby out early? Can something happen to my baby if there’s no more room... or can my c-section open..?
