I am 13 weeks along and at the 12 week mark I did the genetic blood test. They called me today to tell me my results came back as “no results” and I would need to repeat the test. They said this happens to 1-2% of women and it could mean different things but they are unsure. They said it used to mean you for sure had chromosome abnormality, but have since figured out it could also be there isn’t enough DNA from the baby built up in mine yet, etc. I had early bleeding so I’ve had 4 ultrasounds and the baby is growing great and all looked good. I thankfully haven’t bled for almost 2 weeks now also. I can’t help but worry and I’m wondering if this has happened to anyone else and what your results turned out to be?! I redid the test today so waiting another 7-14 days is going good to be so difficult :(.
