Breakthrough bleeding

I have been sick for the past month or so, strep and a cold, I was on antibiotics and I just finished them two days ago. I’m on birth control, in the middle not last weekend but the weekend before I missed my pill and that Monday or Tuesday I started spotting but it seemed fine. Well it got worse all week it was like a real period but sometimes it would seem like it was going away but then come back, this week it’s still going but the last two days seemed a little slower but there is still a decent amount, help!!!!!
