When will my periods go back to normal?

I had the nexaplanon removed back in October, I have still not had a normal period, I have been having light bleeding every month which lasts 5 day's so I assume they're my periods but they are very light and no clots. How long did it take for your periods to regulate again? (If you had the nexaplanon) and how long did it take you to conceive if you were trying? Me and my partner ain't trying but not preventing, we already have a 2 year old daughter.
