Trying to get back into shape...

Growing up I’ve always been pretty active. Ran all the time with my dad, was the captain of my hs b-ball team, I was also involved in an ROTC program at my school. When I was in college, my bff & I were always at the gym. We went everyday & sometimes two times a day on the weekends. When I graduated college I still kept a pretty active lifestyle. I still ran with my dad throughout the week, I coached vball & lead PE at the school I worked at.

But... when I got married I got comfortable. I started eating crap everyday because I didn’t know how to cook. My husband, bless his heart doesn’t care about fitness & loved my unconditionally, so I saw & felt no need to be fit.

I was no longer teaching or working out as my job. I started a job as a receptionist where I was literally on my butt almost all day. I tried to be active, but my activity throughout the day didn’t help all the crappy unhealthy food I consumed.

5.5 years later, we now have a daughter & I am pretty much back to my pre-baby weight (125lbs.) but I need & desire to get back or at least close to my pre-marriage weight (105 lbs).
