Stopping milk supply
My son is almost 2 months old, and tonight is the night I start the process of stopping my milk supply. It’s so bittersweet. I know it’s best for me, but dear god do I feel like a shit mom. I made a good freezer supply of over 100 oz for him so he could have some for a while even when I stop. I’m gonna miss giving him fresh pumped milk though. 😢 Ugh I’m crying so much. This is definitely a hard thing to do.
