How soon did you start buying?

I’m just over 7 weeks and seen a heartbeat a few days ago but is it still too soon to start buying small things? How soon did you start buying?

I started buying things bit by bit at 5weeks. Small things, and no gender specific items... yet.

Pretty much when I found out. I waited until I found out gender before buying specific things.

Honestly I started buying certain things right away. The same day I got my bfp, I went out and got new sweatpants and sports bras, and also a pair of tiny baby cowboy boots to give to my boyfriend when I told him.
My biggest piece of advice- don’t feel like you have to wait to buy yourself some larger or more comfortable clothes if you feel like you need them right away!!!
With other (both bigger and smaller) baby stuff, honestly I felt better waiting until the second trimester. Some of the first stuff I got for my son was a couple cute shirts. The first bigger thing was a HEFTY shopping spree of baby clothes. 😂

im 12 wks 4 days & I bought my crib, stroller, and carrier/car seat by 8 wks. I figured i’d get the big stuff out of the way first. now my family and I have been slowly buying clothes and bibs and burp clothes. waiting to find out the gender to fully start buying clothes tho
