33pds in 6 weeks

So I started January 1 at 210 and ate healthy all January and by February 1st I was down to 178 ... I started Keto February 1, so two weeks and have only lost 1 maybe 2 pds ... very disappointing but I’m going to stick to it for the rest of the month but will probably be switching back to just eating healthy ... here are some before and after photos
