5 weeks and Healthy eating!
I’m currently 5 weeks pregnant almost 6 and my husband is so worried about everything I eat and drink. I drink mostly water once in awhile I’ll drink sprite or something to help when I’m nauseous. As far as eating goes he’s got me scared to eat anything cause he doesn’t want me to gain too much weight. Am I understand cause obviously it’s not healthy to all at once. However I’m starving and getting so sick of being scared to eat anything. Like I’m craving pizza and chicken but is that too much fatty food for one day? Will I be putting on too much weight by the end of the pregnancy? What are some different things you ate while pregnant? Also what did you drink cause I’m so sick of drinking water 24/7 and sometimes it makes me nauseous so I’m looking for alternatives.
Also I’m craving French fries like crazy but I don’t wanna eat out obviously since that’s probably not healthy since everything is so deliciously deep fried 😩😩
