Received a random card in the mail... 🤔

I received a card yesterday with no return address. It was congratulating me on my pregnancy, but I have no idea who it’s from. The card had paper coupons that looked like someone cut them from a magazine, and also had gift cards inside of it. The gift cards were wrapped in a receipt, and appear to be purchased from a gift card website. It also looked like the person used Groupon on the order. The card was signed by someone named Jen. The only Jen I know didn’t send it, and I doubt anyone I did know would drop $200+ on these random gift cards. The gift cards are to canopy couture, little wanders, pregnancy pillow, udder covers, eskimo kids btw.

Has anyone else ever received something similar? I’m assuming I must have signed up for something and got sent these 🤷🏾‍♀️
