So I’m 9 weeks pregnant and my lower back is killing me! My sciatic nerve is hurting me so bad it almost makes me fall sometimes. What can I️ do to help this?

I had it bad to. I put icy hot patches, and massage it tell you boyfriend or husband to if you have one it helps a lot and drink lots of water😬

Tylenol Arthritis is the only thing saving me at 12 weeks. Swaying side to side in the shower with the water hitting my lower back. And laying on my back with a heating pad on medium.
